Smurf is a 18 year old grade gelding. We have owned him for 6 years and he has sat in the pasture a lot but he is never fresh when taken out for a trail ride. We usually ride him when we just want to mess around in a field or just go on a leisurely ride. He would be fine for a young rider with some experience but I would recommend for handy youth he is quite small, if I had to guess Id say around 12hh. He can be stubborn when asked to ride away from buddies and is buddy sour but he eventually gets over it. He has been ranched on and is a very smooth mover. He is easy to catch and is an easy keeper! He is middle of pecking order.
