Im searching for a retiring or semi-retired crop farmer in the Bottineau, North Dakota area who would like to mentor someone with the intention of eventually passing the operation on to capable hands.

Im not looking for shortcuts or handouts. I know farming has to be earned through long days, hard work, and years of experience. Thats exactly what Im looking for. Id rather spend years learning from someone who has dedicated their life to agriculture than try to figure it out on my own.

I respect what it takes to build a successful farm. The knowledge, sacrifice, and commitment that go into it deserve to be carried forward.
