ONE SUNSET MEMORIAL GARDENS CEMETERY PLOT in Bismarck. ND The lot location is Gleaner E/210-B/4. According to their office, their current price for selling lots is $800 plus $175 for their perpetual care fee, which is a one time charge. My asking price of $375 would save you $ 600 and there is no perpetual care fee as that was a one time fee for when I purchased the lot.

Their office has also informed me that whoever buys this lot can actually exchange it for another lot location at no additional cost. I would meet you at their office to assure that everything goes smoothly.
